Phoenix
How Phoenix made it to Linkin-park
He was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts but moved to Mission Viejo, California when he was five years old. He met Brad Delson on the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999. They shared a room together in 3 out of 4 years on the University and practiced. Yet, here wasn't a member of Xero by that time. He was a member of a Christian punk/ska band known as the Tasty Snax. But when it chanced name to Snax, he joined Xero.

If anyone should ask, yes, I know his real name is Dave Farrell :)

Joe Hahn
How Joe Hahn made it to Linkin-park
He graduated high school and then he went to the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California
where he met Mike Shinoda. His intended field of study was illustration but decided to drop out to pursue a career involving overseeing special effects in television shows and movies such as The X-Files, Sphere and Dune.

Mike invited him to join Xero and so he did. He joined Linkin Park as the band's DJ. Since then, he has directed music videos for most singles of his band.
